Founded in 1900 as a municipal water utility, Muscatine Power and Water (MPW) has grown into a full-service provider of water, electric, and communications services for residents and businesses in Muscatine, Iowa, and surrounding communities. As a locally owned, not-for-profit utility, MPW is committed to delivering responsive customer support and reliable services at competitively low rates. MPW’s legacy website lacked the usability and flexibility needed to support modern customer expectations.
