Advocate's Adult Down Syndrome Center

The Advocate Health Adult Down Syndrome Center is a comprehensive medical resource for teens and adults with Down syndrome. The Adult Down Syndrome Center wanted to create a website that would serve as a premier resource solution for Adults with Down Syndrome, families and caregivers, and Healthcare professionals.
