LCS, owner and operator of the LCS Family of Companies, is a leading provider of high-quality senior lifestyle products and services. Operating in both the B2B and B2C spaces, the LCS Family of Companies is comprised of four separate businesses: LCS, owner and operator, Life Care Services, operator of senior living communities, LCS Development, third-party developer of Life Plan and rental communities, and LCS Real Estate, real estate private equity enterprise.
Challenges
LCS came to Americaneagle.com in search of a solution that would consolidate all of its web properties into one unified presence without sacrificing the optics of its wide range of products and services. LCS needed a digital partner that would be able to handle all of the nuances of the project which included unique, yet unified designs that met each individual site’s business objectives, but were also recognizable to visitors as part of a larger company.

Americaneagle.com conducted an in-depth foundational strategy as well as reviewed LCS’s site metric analytics in order to provide data-driven recommendations on the best path forward. The team then assembled detailed personas for each of the four sites which enabled them to identify clear, specific conversions to target.
From there, Americaneagle.com architected the individual sites, on the Progress Sitefinity platform, to align with each of their user journeys and provide various mechanisms for users to appropriately convert. And although each individual site was uniquely designed for its specific user type, Americaneagle.com was able to maintain cohesive LCS branding and kinship across all four of its sites.
Next, the Americaneagle.com team conducted ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) testing and ensured each LCS website was compliant in order to best serve LCS’s wide customer base. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and event tracking were set up for the sites to gather data on the successes of the key conversions outlined in the foundational and UX strategy.
Since partnering with Americaneagle.com, LCS has experienced success with the new website. Through a unified website experience and performance tracking, they are now able to work toward achieving their business goals and objectives. From a content standpoint, the marketing team is able to easily manage each site’s content and are quickly becoming highly-competent administrators thanks to Sitefinity’s proficiency as a content management system.
