Landmark Credit Union recently prioritized a comprehensive branding initiative. A key piece of rebranding success would be a redesigned and redeveloped business website. Their existing Kentico digital experience platform website was due for a version update. Aiming to launch the new website in conjunction with launching an organization-wide rebrand, an expedited three-month timeline was set. New designs were deftly produced to align with Landmark Credit Union’s new branding. The redeveloped website now prioritizes the new logo and elements of brand kinship, like color palette, fonts, and other established guidelines.

The events page, now with a listing view and a calendar view, promote sponsored and hosted community events throughout Southern Wisconsin. Also community-focused, accessibility improvements are advancing inclusive digital success for all community members.

Credit union members and prospects using the new website have shared positive feedback in regard to the new website’s excellent user experience. The combination of streamlined, customer-focused navigation and a new Kentico site search has provided users confidence and efficiencies to quickly find exactly what they need, when they need it. The new site search prioritizes popular content like FAQs and recent blogs within search results.
