FullBloom
Education Company’s Multi-Site WordPress Solution Earns an A+
FullBloom provides education and behavioral health solutions to improve outcomes for children and their families. The organization serves over 195,000 children annually through their family of companies.
Challenges
FullBloom operates multiple divisions, including three—Catapult Learning, Little Leaves, and Special Education Services, Inc. (SESI)—that each serve a distinct audience within the education and behavioral health system. In addition to the main FullBloom website, each subsidiary company has its own unique URL.
Over time, page designs on all four sites became outdated and there was an inconsistent content strategy across the multi-site system. This created a disjointed brand experience and made content management more time consuming for the FullBloom team. There was also no centralized strategy for online forms, leading to information being captured and stored in multiple places.
Overall, FullBloom leaders worried they were being limited by their WordPress platform. They decided a complete redesign of all four sites was necessary and sought guidance on potentially replatforming to a different solution. They partnered with Americaneagle.com because of our award-winning WordPress expertise and extensive experience implementing a wide range of platform solutions.

Our team started by conducting a comprehensive analysis of FullBloom’s technology stack and business needs, including competitor analysis, stakeholder interviews, and a complete content audit. Our experts determined FullBloom could achieve their desired functionality without the disruption and cost of replatforming. FullBloom gained clarity and confidence in continuing with WordPress, saving cost and reducing complexity while still gaining a modern, future-ready multi-site system that is now hosted on WordPress VIP.
The content audit created a roadmap for improving content, both during implementation and long-term. Our team used that roadmap to deliver audience specific site structures, wireframes, and designs that reflect each brand’s mission and message.
Americaneagle.com developers built the new site with reusable content blocks and modern editing practices to ensure consistency and efficiency. The new information architecture (IA) means FullBloom web managers can now share assets across URLs and quickly update any site from one central hub. They don’t have to log in to different environments or involve IT to make changes, saving time and resources. Americaneagle.com provided thorough training for the FullBloom team, conducting nearly a dozen sessions to ensure key stakeholders felt confident managing the new system.
It was important to FullBloom leaders that user experience (UX) decisions were data-driven, not simply guided by intuition or personal preferences. Americaneagle.com conducted extensive user testing, validating design decisions by testing various navigation flows, conversion points, and overall user journeys across all four sites. Microsoft Dynamics 365 was seamlessly integrated to provide additional data-driven business capabilities, and all lead forms were integrated with HubSpot to centralize information in one location.
With a cohesive, end-to-end content strategy, modern website designs, and the training to make the most of their WordPress platform, FullBloom now has the powerful new multi-site solution needed to advance their education mission.
