First Financial Bank is one of the nation’s top banks with over $9 billion in assets.
As a leading financial institution, First Financial Bank is known throughout the state of Texas as a customer-focused organization. The bank has a series of 21 non-negotiables that employees embody on a daily basis for the highest level of customer service and support. Unfortunately, thanks to an outdated website, First Financial Bank’s online experience didn’t match the in-branch experience, where customers experienced that culture first-hand.
To create a website that would serve all of the bank’s needs, the team at Americaneagle.com started with a foundational strategy workshop. No detail was overlooked, and the team spent ample time evaluating all of the bank’s customer service non-negotiables and strategizing on-site tactics that would reflect them.
With this defined strategy, Americaneagle.com’s design and development team built out a user-centered, mobile-friendly website that significantly cleaned up the overall site structure while conforming to ADA guidelines. The website has seen high levels of engagement while serving as an important resource, especially during the recent Coronavirus pandemic.
