The Cooperative Institute for Climate & Satellites – Maryland (CICS-MD) is Maryland’s branch of a national consortium of organizations that works in association with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). Interested in the redesign and redevelopment of their website, the CICS-MD partnered with Americaneagle.com.
