To continue with the Sitecore OrderCloud conversation from the last episode, our host, Jon Price, spoke with longtime Sitecore Architect and multi-year MVP James Gregory to discuss everything about Sitecore CDP (Customer Data Platform) and Sitecore Personalize.
CDPs collect data on customer behavior with your product of service. CDPs can tell you each step that a customer has taken since engaging with your company from the channel they found you on to how they behave with it within your product. This aggregate of data within a CDP can then be used to personalize on any channel. The CDP stores a 360 view so marketers can personalize the next step in whatever channel they may be in. Tune in to learn more about Sitecore's CDP product!
