Our Take on Kentico Connections 2022

This year’s Kentico Connection conference featured three unique, virtual sessions for the three main global regions: APAC (March 16-17), EMEA (March 22-23), and US (March 23-24). Each year, members of the Kentico Xperience community gather to reconnect as well as to learn the latest insights, market trends, and product news from the Kentico Xperience team.

Each region’s event kicked off with a keynote presentation by Kentico Xperience’s Managing Director Dominik Pinter titled “The Future of Xperience is Now.” Here, Pinter provided in-depth details into the latest Kentico Xperience offerings including the brand new Xperience by Kentico platform, the development of the digital experience platform (DXP), and the digital experience journey we should look forward to taking.

The event featured several live demonstrations of the latest and greatest Kentico offerings as well as numerous Q&A sessions hosted by members of the product team. Kentico team members continued to highlight their ever-evolving and improving unified DXP, which according to them, is the next evolution of the traditional content management system (CMS) platform.

Additionally, in the product keynote, Kentico’s Vice President of Product Matej Stefanik gave a detailed breakdown of the roadmap for Kentico Xperience 13, which will be known solely as Xperience by Kentico by 2025/2026, and introduced their newest offering Xperience Managed Cloud Service.

Furthermore, Americaneagle.com, a Kentico Development Partner,  sponsored a panel discussion during the U.S. show. The panel members discussed the ways in which digital experience maturity is the key to website success including what it is, why it’s important, how to assess it, and finally, how to grow it. It consisted of five panelists: Dominik Pinter, Managing Director at Kentico Xperience, Eugene Paden, Chief Technology Officer at Ray Business Technologies, Dave Conder, Chief Technology Officer BlueModus, Arleen Goldberg, Director of Ecommerce at SHI, an Americaneagle.com client, and lastly, Wes McChristian, Global Kentico Xperience Practice Director at Americaneagle.com.

According to the several Americaneagle.com employees who attended this year, Kentico Connections 2022’s atmosphere was enthusiastic, educational, and forward-thinking. They are certainly looking forward to applying their newly-acquired knowledge to their clients’ Kentico practices.
