Warner Pacific Shares Important Insurance Industry Tools, Insight, and Support from New Website

Warner Pacific provides insurance brokers with sales assistance, innovative technology, back-office support, and the tools they need to grow their businesses in a rapidly changing marketplace. With strong leadership and a focus on building and deepening relationships, Warner Pacific has become a top-producing general agency for many of the nation's largest insurance carriers.

Challenges

Warner Pacific’s primary legacy site had grown outdated from a user experience and technology perspective. The site was utilizing a generations-old version of the Kentico platform. Customer insurance brokers had shared that they found the site difficult to navigate and locate the information they were seeking. The company had recently expanded operations into a new state, Texas, and had created a small site for that state on a different domain and content management system.

The challenges this project posed included integrating state-specific content for brokers in California, Colorado, and Texas with all of the other general content. A seamless experience was needed for the site’s users in order to maximize available tools, insight, and support.

Solutions

This project involved the complete redesign and implementation of a new website for Warner Pacific. The scope included design, development, search engine optimization, content writing, and deployment support. The project also involved consolidating two websites into one unified web presence for Warner Pacific’s customers. 

From a design perspective, Americaneagle.com prioritized two audiences, serving the needs of both prospective insurance broker customers and their returning brokers who regularly access the member portal.

The redeveloped site has a modern, sophisticated design led by Warner Pacific’s brand colors and standards. The design includes a sticky header navigation bar for ease of use and supports easy login to member profiles from any page. The site is responsive for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices, and delivered full ADA and WCAG 2.0 AA compliance at its launch. Additionally, the site leverages tabs on pages where regulatory content needs to be separated by state.

Delivered within a six-month timeline, search engine optimization was also key to the successful launch. On top of competing in an ultra-competitive industry, the website also competes with the unrelated Warner Pacific University for top results on search engines. Targeted content strategies proved key to advancing SEO and showing significant gains in building visibility, traffic, engagement, and broker subscriptions since the launch of the redeveloped site.

The new website at www.warnerpacific.com is welcoming more site visitors, creating more engagement, and developing more business than ever before.
