Americaneagle.com implemented an omnichannel approach to digital marketing that included PPC, SEO, and email marketing to enhance Poke Poke’s visibility, engagement, and customer acquisition.

Americaneagle.com executed a range of PPC campaigns, including traditional search campaigns, display campaigns, and Google Performance Max campaigns to promote brand awareness and drive conversions. Specific campaigns target different customer touchpoints, such as rewards sign-ups, online ordering, catering services, and location-specific promotions. The team also launched DoorDash campaigns to boost delivery orders and tailored ad groups for Google Ads, increasing Poke Poke's competitive edge. A Smart Map Buy campaign helped increase in-store traffic by targeting local customers with geographically optimized ads, and location extensions were enabled on Google Ads, making it easier for potential customers to find store details and directions, helping increase foot traffic.

The SEO strategy began with creating a standardized location page template optimized to target location-based keywords, to be used for each new opening. The template enhances local search visibility and aligns with the overall playbook for rolling out new locations. Technical SEO elements, such as schema markup, XML sitemaps, alt text, and mobile responsiveness, were also optimized, leading to improved keyword rankings and organic traffic.

As part of the email marketing strategy, Americaneagle.com leveraged Klaviyo and established a calendar of four to five monthly emails to highlight seasonal promotions, loyalty program benefits, and new locations. Emails cover topics like catering options, healthy eating tips, and recipe spotlights, boosting customer engagement and retention. Additionally, a pop-up on the website encourages email sign-ups with a 10% discount incentive, further enhancing subscriber growth and engagement.

The collaboration between Poke Poke and Americaneagle.com has resulted in a robust digital marketing strategy that supports continued expansion and increased customer loyalty. With the new approach in place, Poke Poke has a scalable playbook that will drive growth and ensure consistent brand visibility across new locations.
