Marina Partners LLC, a new brand under the GCM Contracting umbrella, was established to showcase the company’s expertise in high-end marina development and waterfront boat storage projects. The new website came as the parent organization was looking to move beyond a reliance on word-of-mouth referrals and instead adopt a more strategic, digital-first approach to engagement. As Marina Partners was a newly created entity, the primary challenge was building a clear and credible brand presence from the ground up.
