Americaneagle.com is thrilled to announce that it has received two 2024 Sitecore Experience Awards (SEAs) for its work with United Airlines and Brady Corporation. Winners are drawn from industries across the globe; Americaneagle.com’s winning entries include United Airlines for the Best Use of Data to Connect to the Experience and Brady Corporation for Best Commerce Experience.
The Sitecore Experience Awards recognize Sitecore customers who have transformed their organizations in innovative and impactful ways. The SEAs are awarded to select Sitecore customers and their partners whose entries clearly demonstrate how their Sitecore solution delivers ground-breaking customer experiences and great overall value to the business. There are six specialized categories: Best Experience Transformation, Best Content Management Modernization, Best Use of Data to Connect the Experience, Best Commerce Experience, Most Powerful Tech Stack Integration, and Best Leadership in a Digital Transformation.

The improvements, including real-time updates and multilingual support, have made the travel experience easier for 82% of non-English speaking passengers.
Americaneagle.com also partnered with Brady Corporation, a global leader in safety and identification products. The goal was to modernize Brady’s ecommerce platform so that it can better serve its diverse international customer base. By adopting a composable, headless architecture with Sitecore OrderCloud, Sitecore Personalize, Sitecore Discover, and Sitecore Experience Manager, Americaneagle.com streamlined Brady’s ecommerce operations, integrated its ERP, and enhanced flexibility to scale content and experiences. The transformation significantly improved operational efficiency, reduced time spent on maintenance, and enabled Brady to focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
