Americaneagle.com Wins Web Development Awards from The Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts Communicator Awards and Summit Creative
The Communicator Awards had more than 6,000 entries, and Summit Creative chose winners from a pool of 5,000 submissions. Gulfstream Park Racing and Casino Website won the Entertainment Award of Distinction, and Pro Football Hall of Fame Website won the Sports Award of Distinction at the Communicator Awards. The Kennedy Webster Website won the Bronze Award at Summit Creative for the best eCommerce website. The statuettes that Americaneagle.com received from the Communicator Awards were custom-made by R.S. Owens, which also produces the statues for the Oscar® and Emmy® Awards, which should convey how highly these awards are prized within the industry.
Mike Svanascini, President of Americaneagle.com stated, "We're especially happy when our work is validated by winning high-profile awards, but we're happier for our clients that get an additional marketing boost when their websites win awards. Our job is making our clients look amazing and helping them engage customers effectively online and build stronger brands. In that sense, winning design awards shows that we're doing the right things in marketing that can be competitive and quick to change, which frustrates many marketers and eCommerce companies. Our services can lighten the burdens of today's eCommerce development by defining user trends, designing websites for mobile and desktop computers and challenging the attitudes of decision-makers who haven't fully embraced the evolving culture of modern marketing practices."
The judging was performed at the 22nd Annual Communicator Awards by The Academy of Interactive & Visual Arts, and winning honors in design is the largest, most coveted and most prestigious award in digital design. Summit International Awards or SIA has also established itself as a discerning arbiter of creative design excellence over the past 22 years. SIA judges included professionals from the design and marketing industry from Balmoral Marketing, Barrett and Welsh, BANG! Creative Communications, Bob, Central Washington University, Jeff Fisher LogoMotives, IDM, Maple Diversity Communications, Paragon Marketing Communications, Nevada Limited, Politik Media Inc., HUSH, Red Door Interactive and Young Ideas.
