Beretta Wins 2011 MCM Award and Horizon Interactive Award for E-commerce Website

MCM Award:

Multichannel Merchant yesterday announced the winners of the 26th annual MCM Awards competition, a program that recognizes the industry’s top B2B and B2C multichannel marketers. was proud to learn that the website we developed for our client, Beretta USA, was chosen as the winner in the Sporting Goods and Hobbies category of e-commerce.

Beretta was selected as a finalist in March among 29 other e-commerce finalists and was yesterday selected as the winner in their category at a special luncheon during MCM’s Live Program in New York. Beretta was also nominated as a finalist under the apparel catalog category.

The MCM award winners are selected by a judging panel which includes some of the brightest minds in catalog marketing, e-commerce and crosschannel retail.

Horizon Interactive Award: has also been recently awarded a Silver award for their e-commerce website from the Horizon Interactive Awards, a leading international interactive media awards competition.

The ninth annual, international competition saw over 1,000 entries from 22 countries around world including: Argentina, Australia, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Egypt, France, Germany, Egypt, Hong Kong, India, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Philippines, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, UAE, and the United Kingdom, and nearly all 50 of the United States of America.

An international panel of judges, consisting of industry professionals with diverse backgrounds, as well as an end user panel evaluated 37 different categories ranging from online advertising to mobile applications.

The 2010 winning entries showcase the industry’s best interactive media solutions including web sites, CDs and DVDs, online ads, video, mobile applications and more.
