Tam’s had a distinguished career, including a tenure at the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) when they developed and launched the first award winning Chicago Card Plus account-based fare payment system in North America.

With more than 25 years of professional project and product management experience in the design, deployment, implementation, and maintenance of software and hardware for transit Automated Fare Collection (AFC) systems and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) projects, Tam’s area of focus will include products and services conducive to online excellence and success in transportation and government., since 1995, has completed more than 6,000 online solutions in nearly every industry, from small and mid-sized businesses to Fortune 500 companies. We’ve had great success in both transportation and government work, including website development for the city of El Paso, the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA), and the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC), among others.
