Twenty Years. That’s a TWO and a ZERO – 20!
Along with celebrating our inclusion in the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest growing companies for 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2015, we’d also like to celebrate the fact that we’ve been doing this – designing, developing, and hosting websites - for over 20 years! Yes, that’s right. We launched our first websites in 1995. Since then we’ve consistently grown each year, regardless of the overall economic environment.
How have we lasted so long, with so many great results, in such a relatively young industry with tremendous competition, you ask?
Because our focus is on one thing – our customer.
Without happy and satisfied customers, we’re nothing. We understand this fact. We’re about focusing on our work, because we understand the fact that your business and success is serious. Thankfully, we’ve had a lot of satisfied customers over the last 20 years and we look forward to many more in the coming years.
We truly have some great customers. They were smart enough not to leave the development of their online presence – so crucial to overall organizational success these days - to a web developer that wasn’t established and truly experienced. They were smart enough not to risk their future to someone promising a “FREE” website.
A lot of web development companies want to show you how “cool” they are. To us, that’s simply the snarky culture we live in today. We know this doesn’t matter to you. All that matters is making sure your website is successful and profitable. Even though we are really cool!! Our success is 100% predicated on the success of our customers. We take this seriously and our work backs it up.
Paul Coelho, author of The Alchemist, a book considered one of the 10 best of the 20th century, on the New York Times best seller list for more than 300 weeks, didn’t start out as a hit. When it was first published in his native Brazil, it took 6 months to sell two books. He never lost faith in the book or ever wavered in his vision.
Why? “Because it was me in there, all of me, heart and soul,” he said. His faith never wavered.
