Geek! Run! 8K charity race, set to take place on Sunday, November 2, 2008 at 8am EDT in West Potomac Park, Washington D.C. 100 percent of the proceeds from this event will go to support the Equal Footing Foundation, a Virginia based 501(C)(3) nonprofit focused on youth development and education and is the charitable arm of the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC).

"We are looking to make this an annual first-class event which is why we turned to Americaneagle.com for the development of the Website," said Race Director and Principal of Welz & Weisel Communications, Evan Weisel. "They have great experience building sites for national and local organizations ranging from sports teams to technology companies to government agencies. This site is where most people will go to learn more about the event and so we needed a proven and reliable team to put it together for us. I believe Americaneagle.com knocked it out of the park for us."
