If you are not thinking about the look and feel of your Website or you have not redesigned the site in over a year, now is the time to think about it. It does take some time to complete a redesign on a site as complex as yours so waiting until a week before the season starts is not a good idea. You should redesign the site every other year at least and tweak the design at least once per year. This will give fans a reason to come back and it will also let them know you are making their destination for information a priority. You do not want your Website to appear stale with the same design for too long.
In addition, there is a lot of new functionality that we are developing and that you are probably thinking about adding to your site. If you're adding a lot to the site already, doing a redesign just makes sense.
