The Joint Commission is a not-for-profit organization that is responsible for accrediting and certifying more than 19,000 health care organizations and programs in the United States.
Americaneagle.com was approached by The Joint Commission to redesign their website to make it more customer centric.To accomplish this, Americaneagle.com designed, developed, and implemented a website that successfully improved and enhanced the customer’s online experience. Americaneagle.com’s idev® CMS was utilized to streamline internal staff’s ability to quickly and easily make changes and updates to the site in order to help their users stay informed and find important information. Also, the design was configured to showcase and highlight materials and resources of value to the site’s audience. These flexible tools allowed The Joint Commission to reach their dual objectives of interacting with and reaching their target markets much more effectively. The Joint Commission website was recently honored with the 2011 Platinum eHealthcare Award from Strategic Healthcare Communications.
