Is anyone available after hours to help if I have a problem with my site?

Q: Is anyone available after hours to help if I have a problem with my site?
A: We have a 24 hour emergency answering system available when you have urgent issues with your site. You can contact us at (847) 699-0300. Emergencies include any problem that prevents your site from functioning. We ask that you hold all update requests, e-mail changes, and general questions for normal business hours.

Q: I would like to make changes to my site. Where do I send these changes?
A: Please e-mail any text or photo changes to our Updates Department at updates@americaneagle.com. If you have any questions or concerns, or would like to go over any changes that you think are more complicated, please e-mail our Customer Service Department at customerservice@americaneagle.com. Customer Service can also be reached at (847) 699-0300.

Q: What kinds of changes are included in my update hours?
A: Updates include basic content changes, such as updating text and switching out photos. Small graphic changes may also be included. Major programming or graphic changes are not included under your update hours as these typically require us to make bigger changes to the structure of your site. These types of changes are generally quoted out first. We will always contact you to have charges approved before going forward with any changes that incur additional charges. If you have any questions about the work that you would like to have completed, please contact our customer service department and they will be able to assist you.

Q: How long do updates usually take?
A: Text and photo updates usually take between 24 – 36 hours for completion. Other work that includes graphic, programming, or multimedia changes may take up to 1 – 2 weeks or longer depending on scheduling. Also, this work may be subject to additional charges. If your changes incur additional charges, we will contact you first for approval before proceeding with the changes.

Q: How do I setup Outlook?
A: Americaneagle.com does not provide support for Outlook and other e-mail clients. However, we do have a link that contains screenshots showing how to set up the most popular e-mail clients:

We recommend that you consult these screen shots if you have questions about your e-mail set up. If you need further assistance, then please contact your IT department.

Q: How can I add a new e-mail user?
A: Please send an e-mail to customerservice@americaneagle.com and include the name of the e-mail address (newuser@yoursite.com) along with the password that you would like to use. We will set up the account and notify you when it is ready for use. Our typical turnaround time for these requests is 24 hours.

Q: How can I add an automatic reply to my e-mail address?
A: Americaneagle.com will add these automatic replies for you. Please send an e-mail to customerservice@americaneagle.com and include the text that you would like to use. Since travel plans can unexpectedly change, we prefer that you e-mail us upon your return when it is time to remove the automatic reply.

Q: Can I access my e-mail remotely?
A: Yes, you can access e-mail through our WebMail system on the following link:

For ever day access to e-mail, we strongly recommend that you use an e-mail program like Microsoft Outlook for managing your e-mail. Q: My e-mail is down, who should I call?
A: First, check webmail.americaneagle.com and try logging in. We hate to tell you, but if you can access your e-mail here, then your Americaneagle.com e-mail accounts are working 100% on our end. You might need to call your IT person.
